Cushman Rexrode Capital Corporation is a flexible private money lender. We specialize in arranging hard-to-place, non-conforming, equity-based loans in California. Our primary emphasis is the origination, sale and servicing of loans up to $3,500,000 secured by all types of real property.

Our partners Bob Cushman and Stephen Rexrode began Cushman Capital Corporation in 1993. After working together at Embarcadero Mortgage Corporation in San Francisco for 8 years, they moved to the East Bay to better serve the needs of their borrowers and investors.

In 2004, Bob and Stephen relocated to our present location in Walnut Creek and changed the company name to Cushman Rexrode Capital Corporation to more accurately reflect the company’s ownership.
